Tambi\u00e9n se reflexion\u00f3 sobre pr\u00e1cticas que favorecen una cultura preventiva y sobre aquellas din\u00e1micas que pueden generar dependencia, aislamiento o falta de supervisi\u00f3n.<br><br>Asimismo, se abord\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n progresiva de una cultura del cuidado, que parte del cumplimiento de la normativa y avanza hacia comunidades donde la prevenci\u00f3n, la corresponsabilidad, la formaci\u00f3n continua y el acompa\u00f1amiento forman parte de la vida cotidiana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formaci\u00f3n destac\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n la importancia de la escucha activa, la detecci\u00f3n de situaciones de riesgo, el trabajo en equipo y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas como herramientas fundamentales para garantizar espacios pastorales m\u00e1s seguros y saludables.
