{"id":353,"date":"2026-06-18T11:52:03","date_gmt":"2026-06-18T11:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/generacionesperanza.es\/?p=353"},"modified":"2026-09-03T12:40:31","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T12:40:31","slug":"formacion-4-principios-y-herramientas-del-trabajo-en-equipo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/generacionesperanza.es\/index.php\/2026\/06\/18\/formacion-4-principios-y-herramientas-del-trabajo-en-equipo\/","title":{"rendered":"Liderazgo Adaptativo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Liderar es movilizar a las personas para afrontar los desaf\u00edos dif\u00edciles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El liderazgo no es una caracter\u00edstica reservada a determinadas personas, sino una pr\u00e1ctica que se ejerce para ayudar a un grupo u organizaci\u00f3n a alcanzar sus objetivos. Desde esta perspectiva, la sesi\u00f3n invit\u00f3 a reflexionar sobre una idea fundamental: liderar no consiste simplemente en ofrecer respuestas, sino en movilizar a las personas para afrontar los retos que exigen aprendizaje, cambio y adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los principales ejes de trabajo fue la distinci\u00f3n entre los <strong>problemas t\u00e9cnicos<\/strong> y los <strong>problemas adaptativos<\/strong>. Mientras que los primeros tienen soluciones conocidas, los segundos requieren cuestionar h\u00e1bitos, creencias y formas de actuar. Para abordar estos desaf\u00edos, el liderazgo debe ayudar a identificar la verdadera naturaleza de los problemas y evitar confundir los s\u00edntomas con sus causas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n profundiz\u00f3 en la diferencia entre <strong>liderazgo y autoridad<\/strong>. Se destac\u00f3 que la autoridad suele asociarse a proporcionar direcci\u00f3n, protecci\u00f3n y orden, mientras que el liderazgo implica formular preguntas, desafiar supuestos, gestionar tensiones y promover la responsabilidad compartida. En este sentido, ejercer liderazgo supone, en ocasiones, generar la incomodidad necesaria para que las personas y las organizaciones puedan crecer y transformarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre las principales tareas del liderazgo adaptativo se se\u00f1alaron la identificaci\u00f3n de los desaf\u00edos, el mantenimiento de la atenci\u00f3n sobre los asuntos importantes, el desarrollo de la responsabilidad en los equipos, la regulaci\u00f3n de los desequilibrios y la capacidad de dotar de sentido al trabajo colectivo. Tambi\u00e9n se compartieron estrategias concretas para acompa\u00f1ar procesos de cambio, como observar la realidad con perspectiva, construir alianzas, gestionar los conflictos de manera constructiva y devolver a las personas la responsabilidad que les corresponde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"969\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/generacionesperanza.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/Raul-969x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-594 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sesi\u00f3n concluy\u00f3 con una reflexi\u00f3n sobre las caracter\u00edsticas de las organizaciones adaptativas: aquellas que afrontan abiertamente los temas dif\u00edciles, fomentan la responsabilidad compartida, reconocen las iniciativas valientes y entienden el liderazgo como una tarea distribuida que puede surgir m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los cargos formales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La formaci\u00f3n fue impartida por <strong>Ra\u00fal Medina<\/strong>, presidente del Advisory Board y cofundador de La Machi, consultora internacional especializada en comunicaci\u00f3n para buenas causas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En esta primera sesi\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 un ejercicio en Equipo de Alto Rendimiento, donde los participantes llegaron a reconocer el valor de la confianza como base del trabajo en equipo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":593,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_et_pb_use_builder":"off","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"1080","footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-353","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-formaciones-marzo"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.4 -
